UK DELIVERY
All orders within the UK over £75 will be delivered free of charge, with the exception of next day/express delivery. All orders under £75 will be charged at a standard rate of £3.95 (Royal Mail standard class) or first class £5.00 (Royal Mail first class). Express/next day delivery can be arranged, if products are in stock here at Sharon Lloyd at the time of ordering, from £7.00.

At Sharon Lloyd we aim to send out your order within 7 working days. If the items are not currently in stock we will notify you straight away with a revised delivery date. Any personalised items and bespoke country clothing may take up to 10 working days. We will always keep you up to date with the status of your order and we will let you know once your order has been despatched.
Some deliveries may need to be signed for.

We can provide an express service for items that are required quickly, subject to the item being in stock. Please contact us for delivery times and postal charges.

No delivery charges will be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For all international deliveries please contact us for postal charges and delivery timescales.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you do not wish to return any of your items but in the event that you do please see the following information below:-

Sharon Lloyd will only accept returns subject to the points below:

1. If the goods are faulty. This must be notified to us upon receipt of the goods and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Once the goods have been received by us we will then examine the items and if found to be faulty will be replaced.

2. No embroidered or printed goods will be accepted for return unless there has been a mistake made by Sharon Lloyd from your original design which was sent to us.

3. No items can be returned if used, worn or washed.

4. Please follow the care guidelines on the garments as not all garments can be washed at high temperatures or tumble dried. No responsibility will be taken by Sharon Lloyd for items that are incorrectly cared for.

5. No postal charges will be refunded.
