ARTWORK POLICY
Any request for artwork to be digitised will not be refunded. There is a one off charge for digitising of your artwork as per your original instruction. Any alterations to the original artwork at a later date may incur additional costs. Please check with us if you wish to have any further information on this. Your artwork will be stored with us, free of charge, for an indefinite period of time.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Sharon Lloyd will only accept cancellations within 24hours of the original order being placed and accepted between Sharon Lloyd and the client. Once this period of time has elapsed all goods are unable to be cancelled. This is due to the fact that the items will have been ordered, and some cases the embroidery or printing may have been completed.

Once an item has been embroidered or printed it is not returnable, unless faulty or a mistake has been made on the artwork by Sharon Lloyd. ALL EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING WILL BE AS REQUESTED FROM YOUR WRITTEN EMAIL ORDER – SO PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SPELLINGS, LOWERCASE/UPPERCASE LETTERS AND THREAD AND INK COLOURS ARE CONFIRMED ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED POSITION OF THE DESIGN. No responsibility will be accepted for errors made in the original artwork provided to us by the client.

No refunds will be made to garments that have been used, worn or washed.

No refunds will be given for postage.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS/ITEMS
Sharon Lloyd will not accept any liability for garments not sold by us. If you wish us to embroider/print onto any garment which you have supplied yourself, you will take full responsibility for it. Any costs incurred with delivery/collection will be borne by you, the customer. No refunds or replacements will be offered by Sharon Lloyd.

PAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing an order. Without full payment Sharon Lloyd will not be able to fulfil the order, unless prior authorisation is given by Sharon Lloyd.

PRIVACY POLICY
We at Sharon Lloyd protect your privacy as much as we protect our own. We will never disclose your information to any third party. All information provided to us will remain private and confidential. If you would like to be on our mailing list to receive details of sale items and new products, then please send us an email to confirm your willingness to accept this.
